Henry Louis Ruf, Sr., "Hank", (1904-1989) was born in Parkersburg WV, a son of Henry Conrad Ruf and Minnie Jane Archer Ruf. He was employed for many years as Director of Purchasing for the Parkersburg Rig and Reel Co., which was later known as Walker/Parkersburg, Div of Textron. He resided most of his life in Parkersburg. He was married to Letitia Irene McCualsky. He died in Parkersburg and is buried in Mt Olivet Cemetery, Parkersburg WV.
