Rosanna "Rosa" Moore Archer Peters (1842-1919), born Noble Twp., Morgan County, OH, a daughter of James Moore & Clarissa Ann "Clara" Fogle Moore. Her first husband was Ackison Archer (1837-1880) a Civil War veteran who died at Lockhart, Jackson Co., WV and she subsequently married Isaac L. Peters. She died at Grant District, Jackson County, WV and is buried at the Independence Cemetery near Sandyville, WV. Her grave is apparently unmarked as I have made several attempts to find it in the cemetery, but her death certificate states she is buried there.
